    Position Summary :


    The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies to promote products, services, and brands.

    This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of various marketing channels.

    The Marketing and Communications Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging across all platforms.


    Essential Expectations and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication plans to support brand objectives, products and services, and promotional campaigns.
    • Create compelling content for various marketing channels including but not limited to websites, social media, email newsletters, and advertising materials.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and brand consistency.
    • Manage social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
    • Plan and facilitate logistics for internal and external events including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, catering, entertainment, decoration, equipment, and marketing materials.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive positioning opportunities.
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools.
    • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of industry contacts, vendors and venues for event planning purposes.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing communications.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing communications, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft content for various audiences and channels.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, content management systems (CMS), and analytics.
    • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative marketing communication strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
    • Experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proactive attitude with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and continuous learning.
