We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager who is experienced in overseeing tax engagements from start to finish and has experience with Manufacting, Distribution, and Technology. If you are a Senior Tax Manager with 10+ years of experience in Public Accounting and you're looking for a position that offers a MUCH better quality of life, please send your resume to to get the ball rollingWhat You Will Be Doing- Lead the implementation and overall planning and execution of client engagements and office initiatives for the Chicago and/or Dallas Tax practice - Provide sophisticated tax compliance, provision and advisory services to partnerships, corporations, and S-corporations clients
    • Oversee the review of client tax returns, provisions, and consulting projects
    • Use technical skills and knowledge to research and provide solutions to tax matters impacting our clients federal, state, and local tax projects
    • Communicate with the IRS, and other tax authorities on behalf of clients' tax matters and serve as a client representative for any taxrelated audit
    • Supervise, evaluate, mentor, and assist in the professional development of other tax staff membersWhat You Need for this Position 10+ years of Public Accounting experience
    • Bachelors Degree in Accounting
    • Experience preparing and reviewing complex returns for S-Corporations, C-Corporations, LLCs, partnerships.
    • Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, and Technology
    • Strong working knowledge of tax law and other professional standards/regulationsWhat's In It for You 160k300k+ Base Salary
