I am well-versed in talent acquisition, candidate assessment, and recruitment strategy. I pride myself on building long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, and I am always looking for new and innovative ways to bring top talent to the forefront.

My role involves partnering with hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs, developing effective sourcing strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers to the selected candidates.

In addition, I have also been instrumental in developing and implementing talent acquisition initiatives, such as campus recruitment programs and employee referral programs, which have helped to streamline the recruitment process and increase the quality of hires.

Some of my key achievements in this role include:

• Successfully filling over 100 positions across various departments within the company, including senior management roles, within the first year of joining.
• Implementing a new recruitment software that has helped to automate the recruitment process, reduce turnaround time, and improve the overall candidate experience.
• Creating a diversity and inclusion strategy that has resulted in a significant increase in the representation of underrepresented groups within the company.
