We are looking for a Tax Manager who is experienced in overseeing tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability. If you are a Tax Manager with 3+ years of experience in Public Accounting and you're looking for a position that offers a MUCH better quality of life, please send your resume to to get the ball rollingWhat You Will Be Doing- Oversee tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability- Hold primary client responsibility, and, in some cases, oversee specific areas of client service
    • Complete preparation of more complex tax returns, reviewing easy to medium returns and researching technical issues
    • Aid business development with clients and nonclients to expand our practice, and beginning to develop prospects
    • Concentrate on practice development with both prospective and existing clientsWhat You Need for this Position 5+ years of Public Accounting experience
    • Bachelors Degree in Accounting
    • Experience preparing and reviewing complex returns for S-Corporations, C-Corporations, LLCs, partnerships, high wealth individuals, consolidated, or multistate returns and nonprofits
    • Strong working knowledge of tax law and other professional standards/regulationsWhat's In It for You 120k160k Base Salary
