    Job DescriptionSalary:

    Role: Part-time Product Coordinator

    Hours: 15-20 per week

    About The Role:

    Olive & June is looking for a highly motivated Product Coordinator to support Olive & June's Product business with sample coordination, cataloging and office organization. This person will be responsible for accepting sample shipments, labeling and organizing them accordingly, and distributing them to the appropriate parties. Responsibilities will include organization and internal shipping, cataloging new and old samples, and prepping samples for meetings. The role will work closely with our Head of Product, Product Project Manager and Executive Assistant.

    The ideal candidate is organized, has high attention to detail, and can successfully manage communication throughout the internal team. Olive & June is a fast-paced, startup environment and we strive to hire self-starters who thrive in ambiguity and like to problem solve.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sample coordination and logistics
    • Sample Cataloguing
    • Maintaining office organization
    • Occasional product packouts for PR/Gifting

    Qualifications:

    • Lives in the LA area and is able to travel to Hollywood 3 days per week
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    • High level of organization and detail-orientation
    • Orientation toward action and willingness to take initiative to implement new ideas and processes
    • Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency and ability to problem solve
