Description

The Production Assistant will assist from pre-production through production by working closely with vendors/factories, sales team and Production Manager. This role requires strong organization skills, and understanding of deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.


Responsibilities:

• Request fabric, cost and garment cost.
• Assist sales team on all product development needs.
• Assist Production Manager with all stages of production.
• Track development and production samples.
• Prep and send out samples to buyers
• Daily update and maintenance of WIP
• Daily communication with vendors and factories

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of garment construction, specifications, fabrications
• Highly motivated who thrives with mínimal supervision with tight deadlines
• Highly organized
• Great Excel and Google Drive skills
• Must be able to multitask
• Excellent followup skills
• Must work well with others in a close team environment
• Must be able to work with tight deadlines
• Minimum 2 years experience production or product development experience required

$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
