Position:
Production Facilities Coordinator


Location:
Universal City, CA


Duration: 6 months contract on W2

**Pay Rate
- **$35/hr on W2


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of proven production experience
  • Able to work independently with mínimal oversight
  • A highperformance team player who operates efficiently and with empathy in a fast paced teamoriented setting.
  • Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information.
  • Understanding how to prioritize and respond accordingly in the best interest of the team.
  • Flexibility of schedule to service production timelines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and work order management systems such as Arch bus & Rental Works
  • Ability to work evenings as needed to accommodate office move schedules and rush requests from productions as needed

Responsibilities:


  • Strong written and verbal communications skills to interact and engage with demanding clients
  • Ability to make tough, informed decisions quickly to keep projects on track, using good judgement and accountability
  • Customerfocused with excellent customer service skills and a "cando" attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Familiarity working in a studio operations environment
  • Familiarity with studio production needs and requirements
