    Role: Production Coordinator

    Location: Los Angeles, CA

    Duration: 2 months

    Job Description:

    • The Creative Marketing Production team produces original content to market current and upcoming programs, partnering with third party production companies, as well as working directly with our in-house crew to film material for a wide variety of additional projects.
    • The Production Coordinator (PC) will be responsible for supporting the Creative Marketing Production team in producing original content to market current and upcoming programs, working with third party production vendors, as well as supporting our in-house crew to film material for a wide variety of additional projects. The position will report to the Manager, Production and is dual parts administrative and set work.
    • Supports management team and project leads by coordinating physical shoot production and all departmental needs.
    • Responsible for delegating tasks to PAs, including task priorities and direction.
    • Work with project leads to determine project communication and documentation needs using various platforms and tools, including Google Workspace, Airtable, Outlook Calendar, Disney Global Travel (Concur), Slack, etc.
    • Responsible for creation and distribution of high-level shoot materials - Production Hub, Project Tracker, Shoot Invites, Technical Specification Sheets, etc.
    • Delegates and oversees the scheduling of multiple project-related meetings with internal and external attendees.
    • Continually reviews and identifies strategies to improve office and shoot protocols, practices, and information organization.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 2 years as a Production Coordinator in the entertainment industry required. Preferably in on-air promotions at network and/or production company.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organization.
    • Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness and provide creative solutions to challenging tasks.
    • Ability to prioritize and execute against multiple deadlines.
    • Strong relationship builder with the ability to handle relationships internally and externally with diplomacy and tact.
    • Ability to forward plan, anticipate needs, and as well as address day-to-day needs.Ability to work well both within a team and autonomously.
    • Mac Proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
