- Monitoring plant physical location as well as location in SAP
- Build strong relationships throughout the site, including other departments and employees
- Adhere to all state issued compliance regulations
- Ensure inbound product receipt meets company quality standards
- Confirms manifests in SAP
- Monitors temperature, humidity and products and FGI storage areas
- Completes daily cleaning duties and maintains logs
- Records and monitors batch & tracking information across multiple systems
- Assist with product inventory
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Minimum of 1 year cannabis industry experience
- Able to identify common issues with processed cannabis flower, and assess quality
- Excellent computer and mathematics skills, data analysis; experience working in Microsoft Excel required
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills
- Able to take initiative and self-manage with limited direction from leadership
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
- Comfortable learning new technologies
- Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting and ability to provide well thought out recommendations

About the JobThe Inventory Specialist will work under limited supervision, and is responsible for tracking flower inventory from planting to FGI, quality control of inbound material(s), monitoring climate of storage areas and many other tasks required to ensure our product is received and stored to company standards. This position requires a passion for quality control, excellent time management skills, and SAP experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to keep excellent records, and has exceptional communication skills. This is an individual contributor role.
