    Description

    Whittingham is in the process of expanding its team and is seeking Sales Representatives with exceptional customer service skills to join one of the leading supplemental benefits companies in the country with a long-standing history of over 65 years. The company is currently growing its presence in our territories and is actively looking for Sales Representatives who are driven and goal-oriented.



    About the Sales Representative Position: As a Sales Representative, you will serve as the crucial link between the company and its customers. You will have the opportunity to embark on a career track towards management within 60-90 days of joining. Our internal training program, which focuses on internal promotion, empowers you to take charge of your career path within the company right from the outset. We do not engage in cold-calling or client solicitation; instead, our dedicated public relations department maintains affiliations with over 44,000 groups throughout North America, assisting them with supplemental benefits.

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Strong work ethics
    • Outgoing, vibrant, and energetic with a positive demeanor
    • Demonstrates accountability and coachability
    • Proficient in time management
    • Must successfully pass a criminal background check
    • No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive training
    • Benefits available after 90 days
    • Competitive weekly pay ($70,000 - $75,000 average in the first year)
    • Additional bonuses and retirement plan included
