To that end, we are looking for AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANTS to help our guests find the perfect car

Responsibilities:


  • Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities
  • Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and organizing test drives
  • Negotiating deals with customers
  • Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system
  • Learning to overcome objections, closing sales, and performing all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
  • Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals
  • Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales

Job Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Evenings required
  • Automotive sales experience preferred
  • Selfdriven and motivated to continuously learn and achieve results
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base preferred
  • Knowledge of current trends and news
