    ABOUT US:

    We are a woman-owned early-stage consumer startup with a proven track record and exciting growth prospects for our innovative product portfolio in the BFY food space. Our small founding team of Harvard MBAs is on a mission to help Americans fuel their day right, and we are looking for our first hire to lead our launch marketing. This is a hands-on role with great exposure to different areas of building an early-stage startup. You will work closely with the CEO to achieve our ambitious revenue objectives and have the unique opportunity to shape and tell our brand story.     ABOUT THE ROLE:

    • Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition by developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and SEO
    • Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content to support marketing initiatives and increase brand awareness. Capture user-generated content for organic marketing
    • Social Media Community Management: Develop and engage an organic social following through relevant content and active community management on primary social media channels
    • PR and Influencer Marketing: Identify and execute collaborations with influencers to amplify brand reach and generate buzz. Build and maintain relationships with relevant media outlets to secure media coverage
    • Partnerships: Source and execute strategic partnerships with other emerging brands
    • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI. Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics
    • Brand Marketing: Collaborate with founding team on engagement with full-stack design agency

    ABOUT YOU:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
    • 2+ years of direct experience in DTC marketing, social media management & content creation
    • Creative thinker with a passion for building outstanding consumer brands
    • Excellent communication skills: ability to effectively convey brand messaging and engage with target audiences
    • Self-starter with a high level of initiative, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently. Energized by challenges and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
    • Previous product launch experience in F&B / CPG preferred
