- Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term financial planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and actionable budgets aligned with strategic goals.
- Create and uphold financial reports and dashboards, furnishing internal stakeholders with trends and crucial insights utilized in strategic decision-making and performance enhancement.
- Drive the monthly and quarterly forecasting process, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actions to ensure financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, improve operational efficiency, and maximize impact.
- Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors, summarizing financial performance, forecasts, and key insights.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance financial planning processes, tools, and systems to improve accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a business-related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a complex or varied business environment
- Prior supervisory experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel skills. Adaptive experience is a huge plus
