I am renting a space and an outside investor wants to buy not only the space where I work, but also the surrounding spaces.

I assume they want to set up a large commercial business in that area. The problem is, I have 10 years left until retirement and that space is all I have.

I am not willing to start over again, so I am not sure how much compensation I can ask for.

I need advice on negotiating the compensation I could receive, as I would be left without a job and 10 years away from retirement.

I need assistance with financial planning, as I am comfortable with my finances but approaching retirement. My annual income is between 35,000 and 50,000 euros. I am looking for help with retirement planning, investment analysis and advice, and estate planning.

I would prefer to receive the service at the client's location, the advisor's office, online, or over the phone.

I am available to start in the next few days and my preferred time slots are morning (08:00 - 12:00), midday (12:00 - 15:00), afternoon (15:00 - 18:00), and early evening (18:00 - 21:00).
