    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead marketing efforts in driving qualified leads and revenue growth. As a pivotal member of the marketing team, you will spearhead demand generation strategies, implement marketing campaigns, and optimize lead generation channels to maximize customer acquisition and retention.

    Location:

    Tampa Bay, FL (In-office)

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation plans to drive inbound lead generation and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align demand generation strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
    • Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze marketing performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
    • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media.
    • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, landing pages, and sales collateral to engage prospects and drive conversion.
    • Implement lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel and accelerate the buying process.
    • Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics and ROI to continuously refine marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in demand generation, preferably in the cybersecurity or SaaS sector.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for driving innovation in marketing.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
