- Develop additional reimbursement business of $150,000 annually from clients and prospects
- Build relationships with clients and community contacts to contribute to the overall marketing efforts of the Firm
- Analyze and review Medicaid and Medicaid cost reports in accordance with Federal and State regulations
- Analyze and review Medicare Disproportionate Share (DSH), Medicaid DSH attestation and consulting, Wage Index, Occupational Mix, and Worksheet S-10 engagements
- Identify reimbursement opportunities and provide clients with support in making strategic decisions
- Advise clients on best practices within the healthcare industry
- Supervise and coordinate activities of Reimbursement Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers in the Ohio offices
- Recruit, hire and manage Reimbursement staff.
- Work cross-functionally with other members of the healthcare consulting practice
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA certification is strongly preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement
- Experience with reimbursement for allied health education, graduate medical education and organ acquisition is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage engagements, prioritize engagements and supervise/develop staff
- Strong technical skills, including those required to be proficient with MS Office; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; Alteryx + Tableau proficiency is preferred.

- Superb written and oral communication skills
- Motivated, open-minded, and self-driven with a desire to achieve service excellence
- Ability to travel to client locations, mostly day trips; minimal overnight travel is required
