    Overview

    A Senior Manager leads and grows clients by providing agency POV and recommendations (organic growth), strategically oversees multiple high-profile assignments at once, exhibits a deep yearning for understanding the client's category and business objectives, has a discerning eye for quality creative that is on-brief, keeps director informed and grows support team members, demonstrates ownership of financial management of accounts, and most important, has an ownership mentality and complete accountability for the relationships, assignments and opportunities.

    Responsibilities
    • Guides Account Managers in career and skills development
    • Reviews campaign conceptual directions to ensure that strategic marketing objectives remain in focus
    • Facilitates estimates, quotes and unquoted invoices to ensure budget requirements are met and profitability maintained
    • Understands agency standards of financial management
    • Shows knowledge of how Paid, Owned, Earned and Experiential work together to deliver on the client's business objectives
    • Understands how strategy, creative, digital, media and analytics integrate
    • Provides materials to craft case studies to reinforce wins with the client and assists with new business
    • Comes to the table with solutions
    • Responsible for overseeing client or team issues
    • Presents information clearly and compellingly
    • Participates in best practices discussions
    • Creates opportunities for efficiency
    • Shares healthcare & education industry knowledge
    • Anticipates client needs
    • Develops and maintains a strong client bond through honest, clear and substantive communication
    • Monitors client state-of-mind on each project
    • Keeps apprised of all relevant client, industry and market developments
    • Works with new business team to provide relevant expertise, case studies & work examples
    • Consistently understands how strategy, project management, creative, digital, media and analytics integrate
    • Demonstrates ownership of financial management of accounts
    Skills
    • Clear understanding of marketing needs and the consumer journey in the healthcare and/or education space
    • Proven experience in supervising growth of junior team members
    • Solution-oriented problem solving
