    OverviewA Senior Manager leads and grows clients by providing agency POV and recommendations (organic growth), strategically oversees multiple high-profile assignments at once, exhibits a deep yearning for understanding the client's category and business objectives, has a discerning eye for quality creative that is on-brief, keeps director informed and grows support team members, demonstrates ownership of financial management of accounts, and most important, has an ownership mentality and complete accountability for the relationships, assignments and opportunities.
