    Fjllrven, a leading outdoor brand dedicated to sustainability, functionality, and timeless design, is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Communications & Community to lead our efforts in North America.

    Based in our

    Louisville, Colorado

    headquarters, you'll be the architect of our storytelling strategy, overseeing all aspects of communications, PR, social media, and events.


    WHAT YOU WILL DO
    Here's a taste of how you'll lead as our Senior Manager of Communications and Community:
    Develop and execute strategic communication plans to amplify brand awareness and fuel business growth
    Manage media relations, craft press releases, and cultivate relationships with key partners to elevate our brand story
    Oversee social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging, engagement, an d community growth
    Plan and execute impactful events and activations that connect with outdoor enthusiasts
    Lead and mentor a team of two communications specialists, fostering their professional development and achieving great brand results as a team
    Partner with external agencies and internal teams to achieve cohesive brand alignment
    Assist in other needs including developing marketing collateral, supporting crisis communication efforts, coordinating affiliate marketing programs, and representing Fjllrven at events as a brand ambassador


    WHO YOU ARE
    The ideal Senior Communications and Community Manager for Fjllrven will have:
    A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field
    At least 7 years of experience leading communications or PR efforts, ideally in the outdoor industry. A love for the outdoors is a must
    Proven track record of developing successful communication strategies that resonate with target audiences
    Strong media relations skills and established connections within relevant media/influencer communities
    Experience managing social media platforms and crafting engaging content
    Excellent communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for storytelling
    Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to manage teams and projects
    A strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
    The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities
    A passion for Fjllrven's values of sustainability and environmental stewardship


    Preferred, but not required:
    A Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field

    The anticipated salary for this role is $90,000-100,000 annually.
