    Job Overview:
    A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a skilled Technology Specialist to join their team.

    The ideal candidate will be crucial in drafting patent applications, corresponding with patent offices, advising patent litigation teams, and conducting interviews with inventors.

    The position requires a solid educational background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field, along with 0-2 years of patent prosecution experience.

    Duties:
    Draft patent applications for innovative clients, providing detailed descriptions and figures.
    Correspond with the patent office to facilitate the progress of pending patent applications.
    Advise patent litigation teams based on technical and scientific expertise in the relevant field.
    Conduct interviews with inventors to gather information about new ideas.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
    0-2 years of experience in patent prosecution.
    Superior writing skills with excellent academic credentials.
    Registration before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office is preferred.

    Education:

    Certifications:

    Skills:
    Strong technical and scientific knowledge in telecommunications and WiFi.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Familiarity with patent prosecution processes.
    Ability to work collaboratively and provide valuable insights to patent litigation teams.
