    **IT Support Specialist**

    We are looking for a talented, highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join us This team member will have ownership of a variety of tasks related to Liftoff+Vungles employee experience. Since we are a fast-growing company, our ideal candidate is eager and ready for increasing levels of ownership and responsibility.

    **Roles and responsibilities:**

    Support on-boarding of new employees, technology training initiatives, and end-user documentation

    Own A ll-hands setup, configure enterprise A/V and conferencing systems

    Provide support to users via in-person meetings, telephone calls, emails, and remote desktop sessions to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

    Evaluate, test and implement vendor patches/upgrades for various hardware and software

    Manage and provide technical support for software and hardware assets in a predominantly Apple environment

    Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues as they arise (including VPN support)

    Provide technical support for mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals

    Assist with office moves, space planning and ensure the building meets health and safety requirements

    Manage conference room upgrades, cord management, and as needed ad hoc tasks

    Project manage, supervise, and coordinate the work of contractors to ensure minimal disruption to core activities

    Effectively communicate to internal stakeholders on a regular basis regarding progress of projects, IT updates and potential business risks

    **Requirements**

    5+ years of experience in IT or systems administration

    Bachelor's degree or related technical field

    Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.

    Energetic, highly self-motivated and able to work efficiently

    BetterCloud, Meraki, Okta, SSO, Linux, Sophos Suite experience a plus

    Strong knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, Firewall and VPNs

    Deep knowledge and understanding of Mac OS administration

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Capable of providing real-time technical solutions in a fast-paced workplace
