What can you expect?

  • You will monitor telecommunications networks (WDM, Access, SDH, CET, Switch) and set up lawful interception measures
  • You will receive and verify disruptions from customers, analyze and resolve them or pass tickets on to subsequent departments according to process definition
  • You will coordinate with other instances for troubleshooting and perform maintenance measures

What should you bring?

  • You are characterized by openness, imagination and enjoyment of troubleshooting and have fun interacting with business customers
  • You have good analytical skills and enthusiasm for future-oriented, innovative technologies
  • You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form
