To strengthen our purchasing team in Berlin, we are looking for a new team member as soon as possible.

What you can expect from us:

  • The responsibilities are mainly in operational purchasing, but strategic tasks such as accompanying contract negotiations may also be included.
  • Continuous monitoring and analysis of the market and price development
  • Preparation and execution of contract and price negotiations with new and existing suppliers, as well as negotiation of framework agreements
  • Creation of decision templates and presentation of results to the Autodoc procurement team.
  • Close cooperation with purchasing organizations
  • Acquisition of new suppliers and start-ups to evaluate necessary innovations and support their integration into the company
  • Interface management between suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, purchasing policies, and procedures during negotiations with suppliers
