Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Director of Compensation and Benefits based in Seattle, Washington who will be responsible for designing, overseeing, and implementing a firm's compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures that compensation and benefits structures are competitive, sustainable, and have an executive alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
2. Conduct regular market research to establish pay practices and benefits offerings that help to recruit and retain superior staff.
3. Oversee and manage the compensation and benefits team to ensure operational excellence.
4. Collaborate with senior management to design compensation packages and bonus programs that motivate employees.
5. Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
6. Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.
7. Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Director of Compensation and Benefits or similar role.
2. Thorough knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
3. Excellent understanding of compensation cycle management.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
5. Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
6. Professional certification in compensation and benefits is a plus.
