    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate a motivated and empowered team
    • Maintain and enhance clinical quality
    • Support district's business performance in conjunction with operations leadership
    • Guide the office medical directors to deliver exceptional quality, access, and service to patients
    • Develop and oversee essential operational aspects such as workflow, resources, and performance
    • Create and implement strategies for market growth
    • Collaborate with other medical directors, departments, and local partners to drive innovation and enhancements
    • Work with the recruitment team to interview, hire, and onboard new providers
    • Foster a positive work environment at One Medical

    Employment Type:

    • Full-time position, 40 hours per week

    • Exhibit exemplary patient care and mentorship abilities
    • Demonstrate leadership qualities and experience in coaching
    • Possess strong clinical and communication skills
    • Show interest in utilizing technology for top-notch primary care
    • Be enthusiastic about being part of a rapidly expanding team focused on transforming healthcare delivery
    • Prior experience in managing and leading clinical teams
    • Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
    • Washington State licensure

    The salary range for this role is $281, ,000 annually for a full-time schedule. Final compensation determination may vary based on factors like experience and patient care load.
