Description
Quality provider of in-home care services is in need of a full-time Scheduling Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for the right individual.

Primary responsibility is to coordinate the staffing of caregivers on client assignments and serve as a point of communication with client and caregivers.

Excellent customer service, people skills, computer skills and attention to detail are required. We offer competitive compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits package.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate staffing of caregivers on client assignments
  • Brief caregivers on new client assignments and communicate client needs and plan of care
  • Document detailed notes in computer system, of all communications
  • Input client and caregiver profiles into computer scheduling system
  • Maintain knowledge of company policy and coach/counsel caregivers as needed
  • Handle intake calls from prospective new clients and provide basic overview of services
  • Occasional fill in for afterhours telephone coverage

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Experience in a staffing role in the home care industry strongly preferred
  • Experience with customer service and customer telephone communications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and great problem solver
  • Adept at clearly documenting detailed notes in computerized system
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay DOE. Medical insurance benefits available are partially paid for by the company. Additional group benefits available include dental, vision, life insurance, and more.
