    Imperva Product Support Intern

    Job Summary

    The Product Support Intern is a self-starter, lo oking for a unique growth opportunity. This intern will be responsible for an array of tasks and projects that will challenge, inspire, and pave the foundational building blocks of their career.

    As a Product Support Intern you will:

    ? Respond to customer in quiries using both phone and Sales Force

    ? Contribute to department attainment of organizational objectives and high customer satisfaction.

    ? Write and update knowledge base articles

    ? Gain experience working in Cybersecurity

    ? Observe, analyze, and propose pro cess improvements suggestions and/or reports

    Qualifications:

    ? Good analytical and problem-solving skills

    ? Strong written and verbal communication skills

    ? Ability to Document a Technical Issue for escalation

    ? Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a timely manner

    ? Displays excellent judgement, maturity, and enthusiasm

    ? Location is flexible; open to remote.

    ? Available to work full-time Monday-Friday

    ? Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelors/Masters program pursuing a degree in cybersecurity, computer science or other related IT degree.
