- Manage compliance of all external communications such as email, text, and direct mail, staying updated on legal and regulatory requirements to protect the company's interests.
- Enhance customer journeys by analyzing key touchpoints, removing barriers to entry, implementing customer feedback mechanisms, and improving satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. Track and report on customer feedback and satisfaction.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports across the company.
- Utilize CRM tools to effectively segment customers, personalize marketing efforts, and optimize engagement and retention rates.
- Focus on increasing conversion rates across digital platforms by enhancing the sales funnel, website design, and user experience. Track, analyze, and improve these metrics through various strategies including A/B testing.
- Conduct detailed ROI analysis on marketing initiatives to guide financial decisions and resource allocation.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a relevant and forward-looking marketing strategy.
- Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to define target audiences and identify growth opportunities.
- Collect, analyze, and leverage data to optimize marketing campaigns and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
- Oversee all aspects of brand management, ensuring consistency with the company's mission and values. Develop and execute brand strategies across all stakeholder touchpoints and measure their effectiveness.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and act as a mentor and change leader within the organization.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with long-term company objectives, anticipate market trends, and propose strategic milestones.
