    Description
    We're seeking a dynamic and creative

    Regional Social Media & Marketing Manager

    to lead our Zuma and Etaru locations in the United States. This role will support the global team, collaborating to craft and implement compelling social media campaigns.

    From brainstorming creative initiatives to overseeing content creation and community management, you will be part of shaping of our brand's digital presence.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and Implement Strategy:

    Collaborate with the Global Head of Marketing & Comms and the Global Head of Creative to craft and execute comprehensive marketing and social media strategies aligned with company objectives.


    Content Creation & Community Management:
    Lead the development of monthly content calendars, oversee social channels, and manage community engagement across all regional locations.

    Brand Partnerships & Collaborations:
    Identify local marketing opportunities, establish B2B relationships, and promote collaborations to drive brand visibility and engagement.

    PR & Media Management:
    Manage the day-to-day operations of the contracted PR company, handle journalist bookings, and coordinate media releases for approval.

    Digital Strategy & Website Management:

    Drive the digital strategy for our websites, collaborate with the Global Digital Consultant, and oversee website updates, news pages, and paid media campaigns.


    Online Presence & Third-Party Profiles:

    Manage the online presence of our brands on third-party platforms, ensuring accurate information, and building relationships with key account managers.


    Reporting & Analysis:

    Provide quarterly marketing and social reports to the Global Head of Creative/Global Head of Marketing, offering insights into data across all platforms.


    Community Management & Trends:

    Display a deep understanding of emerging trends in the hospitality industry, actively engaging in social listening and implementing proactive community management.


    Content Creation & Copywriting:
    Generate dynamic content, including branded stories, editing reels, infographics. Write and edit copy, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines.


    Desirable Skills and Profile:
    Minimum two years' experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality. Proven experience in Marketing, Digital, Data, Advertising, PR, Communications, and Campaigns.
    Showcase a creative flair with the ability to project manage internal and external partners from concept to execution.
    Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional content writing ability.
    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

    Stay update to on industry trends, new openings, and have an active interest in US events, fashion, music, and film.
