    JOB DESCRIPTION:


    The Marketing Manager will work within the Marketing team which serves as an internal agency to the rest of the business.

    The Marketing Manager will manage content creation, campaigns, media management, new product roll out and other marketing-related tasks. They will work closely with the advertising agency and communicate plans with the wider business. The Marketing Manager must be organized with excellent interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and creativity is important. They must also have good initiative, be tenacious and enjoy the day-to-day challenges of a fast-paced environment. There may be some travel and photo shoot support required in this position.


    JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Perform campaigns strategies and execution. Own the strategy & development of each campaign, ensuring strong briefs, clear processes and exceptional execution.

    Manages media schedule and creative briefing process.

    Manages the day-to-day marketing deliverables requested, ensuring quality control.

    Works with media vendors and media traffic departments to ensure creative gets executed in a timely manner.

    Management with agency and creative while working directly with the advertising agency and internal creative services team to build break-through, consumer-centric creative.

    Acts as the internal agency and centralizes planning and communication across all teams.

    Conducts research and creates presentations as needed.

    Coordinates various interdepartmental functions such as team calendar, operational reviews, memos and more.

    Leads, manages, and mentors the Marketing Specialist.

    Owner of the organization and execution management of our in-house digital assets platform (BrandFolder).

    Supports with other marketing tasks as needed.

    Qualifications include:

    Proven success in managing and executing within various Marketing channels.

    Detail oriented, organized with excellent interpersonal skills.

    Ability to collaborate effectively and efficiently with team members.

    Demonstrates problem solving and leadership ability.

    Professional demeanor.

    Excellent time management skills.

    Ability to work well under pressure.

    Creative copy writing skills.

    Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 suite.

    Ability to write reports, business correspondence and presentations.

    Must be able to travel internationally, with proper and up-to-date documentation.


    EXPERIENCE:
    Outlined below are the academic qualifications and length and type of experience deemed necessary by Unique Vacations Inc. to perform the role of Marketing Manager competently.


    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field required

    Experience:

    3+ years of related experience in Marketing and/or Advertising preferred
