Overview of
Roles/Responsibilities:
Strategize and Execute:
Design, develop, and coordinate innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive results.
Data-Driven Insights:
Dive deep into market trends and audience demographics to fuel our marketing efforts with precision and insight.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing content and design teams to ensure our messaging is consistent and impactful across all channels (social media, campaigns, clients, among others).
Event Planning:
Plan and execute meetings, events, and trade shows that showcase our brand and engage our target audience.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance our marketing processes, content, and lead generation efforts.
Reporting and Analysis:
Compile comprehensive reports on marketing activity, providing valuable insights for future campaigns.
Skills needed:
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Familiarity with various marketing channels, including print advertising, digital advertising, and social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Team player:
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience of working in marketing, particularly within a B2B company or digital marketing agency.
Analytical Skills:
Experience with A/B, multivariate experiments, and marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Knowledge of CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Hubspot, among others.
Proficiency in Spanish is valued.
Proficiency in using computers, computer databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
