    We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to implement, track, and execute the strategy and optimization of integrated initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.


    Role Overview:
    Senior Marketing Manager


    The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development of strategic marketing plans in alignment with the mission and objectives, all digital marketing campaigns as well as short-term advertising techniques.

    The ideal candidate has a growth mindset and experience with planning and creating highly targeted Account Engagement strategies, programs to drive sales pipeline and advance sales opportunities for target accounts while leveraging multiple channels including email, web, digital advertising, events, and socials within the market.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies, tactics, and intelligence to help Idea Financial business development and operations team optimize customer engagement
    • Focus and align all communications around the Idea Financial brand as well as value proposition and brand promise we offer our merchants.
    • Develop account specific messaging, programs and journeys that will effectively drive account engagement and accelerate sales cycles.
    • Monitor, track and report on data analytics across programs, journeys and provide recommendations based on results.
    Supervise all social media accounts, review content prior to submission, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs),

    Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights

    Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

    Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

    Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

    Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

    Technical Knowledge Required

    7+ years as a Marketing Manager

    Exceptional Writing and editing skills

    Strong organizational skills that involve simultaneously monitoring and completing multiple tasks accurately while meeting aggressive deadlines

    Experience working with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (Pardot)

    Strong understanding of digital marketing and audience acquisition strategies as applied to campaign development and management

    Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

    Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)

    Working knowledge of ad serving tools

    Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

    Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

    Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
