    Description

    Job Title: Level 3 Technical Support Engineer at Broadcom

    • Resolve customer technical issues and support team members
    • Handle complex queries and provide top-notch customer support
    • Work with networking devices like routers, switches, firewalls
    • Experience in Load-balancer/ADC technologies
    • Knowledge of Analytics technologies and cloud ecosystems
    • Understanding of Linux OS, REST API, and Python programming
    • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Ansible, Puppet, Terraform
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using various tools and collaboration
    • Partner with different teams to enhance customer experience
    • Create and update knowledge articles for global use
    • Work in a supportive environment with continuous development

    On a day-to-day basis, responsibilities include:

    • Self-drive customer requirements and prioritize work
    • Be technical point of contact for customer issues
    • Facilitate communication between customers and engineering teams
    • Perform detailed technical issue analysis and create resolution strategies
    • Report product issues and collaborate with engineering teams for resolution
    • Create and maintain knowledge base articles
    • Availability during weekends and public holidays

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of Enterprise Technical Support experience
    • Strong knowledge of L4-L7 protocols and web technologies
    • Understanding of networking components, load balancing, and cloud ecosystems
    • Excellent communication, time management, and process adherence skills

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Annual base salary range: $119,000.00
    • Eligible for annual bonus and equity
    • Comprehensive benefits package
