    Responsibilities


    Warm and Inviting Ambassador:

    • Serve as the friendly face and voice of our agency, extending a warm welcome to callers and visitors, and creating a positive first impression

    Build Lasting Connections:

    • Forge meaningful relationships with clients, potential clients, and our partner companies, utilizing various communication channels such as phone, email, and written correspondence

    Team Collaboration and Support:

    • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues by assisting in client and prospect follow-ups, contributing to a unified and supportive team environment

    Responsive Client Care:

    • Provide timely responses to client inquiries, whether through phone conversations or electronic communications, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently

    Efficient Record Management:

    • Maintain organized client files and handle routine correspondence between our agency and clients or partner companies. This includes managing both physical records and various software platforms

    Adaptable Office Assistance:

    • Contribute to the smooth operation of our office by readily assisting with other duties as they arise, showcasing your flexibility and dedication to the team's success

    • Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
    • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information

    Tech-Savvy Efficiency:

    • Showcase proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, streamlining administrative tasks with ease

    Swift and Accurate Typing:

    • Demonstrate the ability to type quickly and accurately, enhancing efficiency in data entry and correspondence

    Organized and Punctual:

    • Maintain a structured and organized approach to tasks, consistently adhering to schedules and protocols

    Phone System Proficiency:

    No previous insurance experience is required. We will train and educate the successful candidate. However, having previous experience in working with the insurance industry is a bonus.


    • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
    • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
    • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
    • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
    • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
