    Description

    Conexon is a rapidly growing company working with Rural Electric Cooperatives to build advanced fiber to the home (FTTH) networks nationwide. We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Construction Management team in our Dalton, Georgia office. This position will be responsible for assisting the Project Coordinator Supervisor in developing and updating project schedules to meet client objectives and Conexon revenue objectives. You can enjoy the satisfaction of using your skills to help our team while working in a positive and encouraging office environment.

    Requirements

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Mark up billing maps to provide as visual backup with Conexon Construct invoices
    2. Provide Conexon Project Coordinators with Excel backup of billing map breakdown
    3. Provide Splicing Division Project Supervisor daily reports of total production by Fiber Splicers, ensuring that all work has been captured and transferred to master maps
    4. Transfer daily power light level readings from reporting application into as-built maps
    5. Assist Splicing Division Project Supervisor and Fiber Splicing Division Manager with any additional tasks, as needed
    Skills and Qualifications:

    Required
    • Strong sense of establishing priorities for meeting project schedule
    • Must be able to work independently.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Great verbal and written communications skills.
    • Must be able to multi-task in fast paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to interact with clients, co-workers, and contractors in a professional manner.
    • Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
    Preferred
    • Knowledge of Google Suites.
    • Telecom industry experience a plus.
    • Associate degree or higher.
    • Previous experience in a similar type position.
    Physical Requirements

    Normal office conditions, some irregular hours may be required. Majority of time spent on the computer and phone.
