    Description


    Vocantas is looking for a Account Manager to join our growing team on the East Coast of the USAs an Account Manager at Vocantas, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and expanding our relationships with key business clients.

    You will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction, maximizing client retention, and increasing revenue opportunities through strategic management and deployment of our communication solutions.

    Vocantas has been providing powerful automated communication solutions for over 18 years.

    We solve complex human capital management and customer outreach challenges, servicing Fortune 500 companies within healthcare, manufacturing, service and delivery, and retail industries.

    From humble beginnings as an automated voice company, Vocantas has since grown into a leader in the workforce communications technology space.

    Vocantas was acquired by Valsoft and now operates under the Aspire Software portfolio.

    Aspire Software, the operational arm of Valsoft Corp, operates and manages Valsoft's global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals.

    The successful candidate will be based anywhere on the East Coast of the US, working in a remote work modelWhat your day will look like:

    Client Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and how our products can meet those needsSales and

    Revenue Growth:
    Identify opportunities for sales within existing client accounts; collaborate with sales teams to reach prospective clients

    Strategic Account Planning:
    Create detailed business plans to facilitate the achievement of goals and quotas

    Product Expertise:
    Maintain deep knowledge of company products and services to suggest upgrades and additional features tailored to client needsClient Training and Support: Guide clients through the technical aspects of our solutions and lead training sessions to ensure effective product use

    Feedback Loop Management:
    Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams; communicate client feedback to the product development and technical teams for the creation of future offerings or product enhancementsReporting and Administration: Manage account updates and keep comprehensive records of client interactions using CRM systems; prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

    About You:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant fieldProven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in client services, particularly in the technology or software sectorsStrong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport and foster effective relationshipsHigh degree of professionalism and a results-driven approachSolid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Experience delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationshipsExperienced working in the SaaS industry highly advantageous Workforce Management or Healthcare sector experience is highly advantageousExperience working in UKG/ADP/Ceridian-Dayforce/Infor partner channels highly advantageous A proven track record of meeting sales targets and goalsFluent in English, both written and verbal, is essentialLegally authorized to work in the USFor further information about Vocantas, you can visit our website at www.vocantas.comWe thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
