Mission:

Support the strategic planning of the department/unit (Abteilung/Fachbereich) by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame.

Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in coordination with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance to it.

Break down and prioritize group goals at operational levels.
Provide advice to site manager and prepare performance reports.
Implement processes/standards/policies (e.g. security policy, visitors management, etc.),
Participate in determination and optimization of internal standards and complex processes within his/her own area of expertise.
Negotiate Contracts in cooperation with purchasing department, and coordinate with external service providers and contractors.

Advise operational managers on the themes of health and safety, environment and fire protection , review and implement appropriate measures and ensure compliance.

Represent the company in public offices, inspections and audits and follow-up actions resulting.
Ensure compliance with national regulations and corporate requirements
Develop, implement and maintain infrastructure maintenance program and strategy
Develop, implement and maintain security program and strategy
Promote sustainability projects and support the continuous improvement vision within his department
Implement, maintain and continuously improve an EHS management system within the site in compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards

Requirements:
University diploma.
3 to 5 years of professional experience .
Perfect command of English and / or German .
Mastery of the computer skills (Excel, Word, power point ....)
Basic knowledge of IATF16949,Advanced knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO
