- Responsible for all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project and lead and direct the work of others.
- Contribute to the creation of an IT Infrastructure Project Management Office (IPMO).
- Work on project plans consolidation to provide insight to Infrastructure's priorities, dependencies and resource demand. Reports, presentations and policies will be created for executive review.
- Capture requirements and tasks for multiple projects.
- Work closely with technical leads to gather requirements and timelines for multiple projects.
- Assume the responsibility of project delivery to the best satisfaction of the customer.
- Develop MS project plans for infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with Offshore PMs and provide a consolidated view of the Sites Migration cutover.
- Plan and Participate in the Site Migrations and ensure smooth delivery
- Coordinate with Vendors/OEMs/Customers/Internal Team on Procurement and delivery of the HW
- Coordinate on the deliverables and Billing
- Provide the weekly project status reports and prepare executive leadership reports
- Assist in the creation and support of the IPMO.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Minimum 8 years of experience.
- Bachelors in Computer Technology or related field.
- PMP/SAFe, Scrum Certification required.
- Expert in IT Technical Project Management.
- Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project, SAFe, Scrum.
- Understanding of IT platforms, such as Wintel, Client, Data Center, Storage, Network, SharePoint, MS-TEAMS, and Telephony & Video Infrastructure services.
