    System Engineer (Data Protection) – Remote

    Your Role:

    As a System Engineer (Data Protection), you'll be pivotal in managing and improving our IT infrastructure to safeguard our data.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build, design, and troubleshoot data protection systems/tools with a focus on automation.
    • Provide level 3 support for issue resolution from ServiceNow platform.
    • Design and implement data protection strategies using Commvault backup software.
    • Offer advanced technical support for data protection using various tools like Veeam, Zerto, and Commvault Metallic.
    • Deploy and maintain cloud-based backup solutions ensuring data integrity.
    • Administer Zerto's replication and backup software for enhanced data protection.
    • Collaborate with teams to integrate Commvault solutions in Google Cloud environments.
    • Monitor and optimize backup processes to meet SLAs and compliance standards.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
    • Certifications/Licenses: Relevant certifications such as Commvault Certified Professional are a plus.
