- The MetroHealth System is redefining health care by going beyond medical treatment to improve the foundations of community health and well-being: affordable housing, a cleaner environment, economic opportunity and access to fresh food, convenient transportation, legal help and other services.
- The Chief Learning Officer (CLO) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee learning and development within MetroHealth System.
- Creates and implements learning and development strategies for MetroHealth that algin with the overall business strategy.
- Designs and executes on training and development programs that align with MetroHealth's People First Culture.
- Acts as the primary liaison for MetroHealth to identify learning needs and leads the sourcing/development of learning solutions.
- Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer services standards of The MetroHealth System.
- Experience in design thinking and leading areas such as curriculum development instructional design, planning, facilitation, learning policy and implementing efficient learning solutions.
- Master's Degree in Business, Education, Human Resources Learning & Development and/or Talent Management from an accredited university.
