We are currently seeking a Sales Team Leader (m/f/d) for the Rhineland-Palatinate region to join our team immediately.

Your responsibilities:

  • Management of assigned branches in the Lower Saxony region
  • Selection, training, leadership, and motivation of new employees
  • Sales controlling / advertising analysis
  • Sales coaching
  • Administrative tasks in our company's internal ERP system

Your profile:

  • Commercial training or a degree in business administration
  • Experience in sales, personnel management, and coaching
  • Proficiency in using software and hardware
  • Organizational skills and good communication abilities
  • Mobility, flexibility, and dedication
