Coaches team on leveraging, improving upon, and streamlining the use of Microsoft delivery management methodologies, processes, and tools to improve and mitigate risks to customer operational health. Coaches team on anticipating, identifying, and mitigating customer blockers and risks by leveraging Microsoft solutions and services, and developing deliverable programs of work. Guides team through leading delivery program reviews with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer outcomes and account priorities. Leads executive escalation management and communications for delivery programs in the customer account. Runs rhythms of business (RoBs) reviewing delivery excellence metrics (e.g., delivery backlog, bookings, unstaffed requests).

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Customer Success Account Management Manager (CSAM) to join the US Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry CSAM leadership team.
As a member of this team you support the CSAM leads in our Healthcare and Life Sciences organization and drive key initiatives with them.
This will be done by driving clarity on priorities, defining specific CSAM motions to achieve our business goals and partnering with our CSAM managers community to execute on those motions.
