    **Associate Project Manager, Technology Delivery CX, Peacock**

    The Associate Project Manager, Technology Delivery, CX is responsible for analyzing product, business and technical requirements from an end-to-end technology perspective for the Customer Experience team. The Associate Project Manager will analyze requirements from product and business stakeholders, working with our technical architects to ensure these are reflected across our engineering teams.

    This position will report to the Vice President of Technology Delivery, Customer Experience and will work in a highly matrixed structure, indirectly and directly work with technology teams across NBC, Sky and the wider Comcast group, as well as within multiple areas of the business including Product, Design, and Engineering teams, and will handle the following responsibilities:

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    Lead and partner with business, product & developer teams to execute technology deliverables

    Manage stakeholders through plan preparation, status updates, risk planning and facilitating meetings

    Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and report against critical program milestones and report on challenges

    Lead and coordinate architectural and engineering discovery sessions to create alignment and provide visibility to level of effort

    Support planning activities to deliver maximum business value based on critical program KPIs

    Take ownership of requirements from inception through to implementation.

    Identify and derive technical requirements from business and/or product requirements and designs.

    Collaborate with analysts and architects within individual engineering functions to ensure the overarching requirements are fully reflected into relevant engineering teams.

    Maintain overarching documentation, including processes and flows, to ensure clear documentation of the delivered capabilities.

    Work with product and business stakeholders to ensure the technical requirements have been validated and any assumptions accepted.

    Provide insight on opportunities to simplify requirements or leverage existing platform capabilities to greater effect on the business.

    Ensure effective communication both within internal and external stakeholders and delivery teams, and that the broad teams are clear on goals and objectives.

    Provide assistance and guidance throughout delivery, and ensure any issues are promptly escalated to all appropriate channels.

    Coordinate and manage change control in adherence to PMO standards

    Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies and develop plans to escalate and mitigate them

    Qualifications/Requirements

    Bachelors degree or equivalent, with background in technology or engineering, business administration with focus on digital applications a significant plus; relevant project or program management qualifications.

    At least 3 years experience in an analyst or project management role, delivering complex, multi-work stream programs.

    Ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity and manage changing priorities

    Experience of working with teams adopting Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and XP).

    Ability to interact confidently with architects, analysts, project managers and other team members.

    Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present to different levels of stakeholders (including senior management).

    Proven ability to prioritize workload in multi-project environments.

    Happy to undertake short business trips internationally if required.

    Ability to effectively present ideas and communicate with senior leadership.

    Desired Characteristics

    Strong self-starter, able to consistently deliver without requiring significant oversight and direction.

    Experience in the product development & delivery process.

    Previous experience working with remote delivery teams, international experience a considerable plus.

    Highly articulate and confident communicator; passionate about delivering successful outcomes and willing to go the extra mile.

    Calm under pressure, able to make quick and rational decisions and maintain the focus of the team.
