- Wake up and be awesome
- Merchandise products by stocking shelves, rotating inventory, organizing backstock, and setting up displays
- Shadow and learn from Sales Managers and Account Managers to absorb various sales techniques and routes
- Manage sales routes by creating account sales plans, working closely with account purchasers, and placing orders
- Participate in product sampling sessions and educational sessions with suppliers
- Volunteer at local festivals, assist with store resets, and collaborate on special projects
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in sales and the beverage industry is a plus
- 21 years of age or older
- Reside in the designated market area
- Own a reliable vehicle
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge
- Ability to obtain a Michigan Liquor Control Commission license
- Capable of lifting and carrying an average of 30 lbs
