    We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our marketing team as a Relationship Manager. The perfect candidate will have a strong passion for developing relationships, creating referrals, and boosting the growth of our practice through strategic outreach efforts. As a Relationship Manager, you will have a crucial role in expanding our patient base, enhancing the reputation of our practices, and nurturing existing referral relationships within the community.



    Key Responsibilities:
    • Referral Relationship Generation:
      • Establish and nurture referral relationships with dentists, physicians, medical professionals, and other relevant targets.
      • Maintain strong connections with potential referring partners to ensure a consistent flow of patient referrals.
      • Identify opportunities for collaboration on seminars, workshops, and events to educate referring partners about our oral surgery services.
    • Community Engagement:
      • Represent the practices at local events, health fairs, and professional gatherings to increase visibility.
      • Build partnerships with local organizations, schools, and businesses to promote our practices and make a positive impact on the community.
    • Marketing and Outreach Strategies:
      • Work with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns highlighting our expertise.
      • Engage with potential patients and referring partners through social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.
    • Tracking and Analysis:
      • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of outreach initiatives, referral sources, and marketing campaigns.
      • Provide reports to the surgeons and management team outlining key performance metrics and growth trends.
    • Relationship Management:
      • Maintain strong relationships with referring partners by addressing their needs and feedback.
      • Facilitate communication between our practices and referring partners to ensure consistent patient referrals.

    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven track record in developing successful sales or referral relationships within the healthcare industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong networking abilities with a natural talent for building professional relationships.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
    • Previous experience in healthcare, especially oral surgery, is a plus.

    Weekly Requirements:
    • Plan

    10% = 4 hours per week spent on independent planning and administrative work.

    • Communicate

    10% = 4 hours per week collaborating with stakeholders and supporting management.

    • Execute – In-Field Engagement

    80% = 32 hours per week engaged in direct external outreach activities.



    ** Must have access to a vehicle to perform the duties of the job – Mileage reimbursement provided**


    Monthly Requirements:
    • Surgeon 1:1

    30-45 min monthly agenda-driven interaction with surgeon partners.

    • Director 1:1

    60 min monthly agenda-driven meeting with mutual agenda contributions.

    • Operations Team – "ALL HANDS"

    60-90 min monthly agenda-driven Operations team meeting focusing on team building and departmental performance review.
