Description
Job Description:
You will work on a variety of financial, forecasting and analysis projects, but the primary focus would be the production of the monthly financial statement packages. The desired candidate would be a respectful, compassionate, and positive Team Player with client management experience in corporate finance and accounting.
Job Duties:
+ Preparation and timely completion of monthly financial statements with accompanying reports for a portfolio of properties
+ Building relationships with community administrators and acting as the financial point person for inquiries
+ Coordinate the process for financial control of operations, including budget variance analysis, policy compliance and performance reports and analysis.
+ Compile PBC lists and manage requests during financial statement audits.
+ Assist with communication with other functional areas of the company on accounting policy and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting
+ 5+ years of strong G/L accounting experience
