The ideal candidate would be an Accountant with 4+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years of that working in public accounting.

Perform daily accounting tasks such as reconciling various transactions and accounts, and preparing financial reportsAnalyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision making purposesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactionsCollaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reportingAssist in the preparation of budgets and forecastsDevelop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practicesDocument processes and procedures, and implement and test internal controlsParticipate in audits and ensure compliance with internal controlsProvide support to other accounting team members, as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting2+ years of experience in public accountingCPA certification preferredLeadership capabilitiesStrong knowledge of MS ExcelExperience with analyzing large volumes of dataExperience with accounting, ERP, data warehousing, banking and other various softwareKnowledge of cost management accounting a plusBilingual in English and Spanish helpfulCompany Description ALL Dimensions Search Group, Inc.
