- Build and maintain effective working relationships with all departments and levels throughout RESA. Power. Be a Human Resources (HR) contact and trusted advisor for managers and employees.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Assist with onboarding process including completing I-9s and adding new hires to all systems - HRIS, 401(k), Benefits.
- Maintain digital employee files and perform updates as needed (salary, job, termination, benefits coverage).
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Manage HR dashboards.
- Assist manager with all benefit, EEO, 401(k) audits and legal reporting.
- Have a basic understanding of the HRIS system (UKG) and stay up to date on any changes.
- Support HRIS upgrades and module integration.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives such as performance reviews, merit increases, Employee Ownership Plan (EOP), commission and bonus communication, open enrollment.
- Collaborate closely with Manager of HR Operations on various projects and acquisitions.
- Audit invoices for background checks, drug screens, swag.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience and minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency in MS Office applications - strong knowledge of Excel.
- High degree of attention to detail.
