Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the entirety of order processing and tracking procedures, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to fulfillment
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing, Sales, and Finance departments
  • Coordinate with sales regarding order status, shipping dates, issues, and product availability
  • Proactively follow up on any customer issues (payment, freight status, etc)
  • Record salesrelated data, including customer information, transaction prices, and detailed transaction information
  • Create sales reports to assist in formulating effective sales strategies and decisions.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree is preferred
  • 1 year of experience as an Order Coordinator or similar role
  • Proficiency in ERP, CRM system (Salesforce), Excel, and Google Suite
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication;
  • Strong project management and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team

Salary:
$20-$22


Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
