Duties include:


  • Scheduling of outpatient and inpatient surgeries for providers
  • Preparing Pre-Surgical Testing Papers for patients
  • Preparation of Consent Forms for Provider/Patient Signature
  • Insurance Prior Authorization for procedures
  • Maintenance of Hospital Log for Daily Hospital Rounds
  • Scanning all Hospital Consults into Electronic Record
  • Enter new patients from Hospital into the Practice Management System
  • Maintenance of Surgical Log for Surgeries performed by providers
  • Scanning all Operative Notes into Electronic Record
  • Run monthly surgical billing reconciliation to ensure capture of all procedures
  • Daily submission of all logs to the Corporate Billing Office
  • Obtain radiology reports/precertification/films/discs pertaining to surgical procedures

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year similar experience preferred
  • Medical Terminology
  • Microsoft Office Suite Experience (preferred)

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:
